Enter the Zone

You may or may not have heard of the ZONE weight management system by Barry Sears, PH.D. CrossFit "prescribes" the Zone diet. Getting into the Zone is a mysterious but very real state in which your body and mind work together at their ultimate best. In the Zone, the mind is relaxed, yet alert and exquisitely focused. The body is fluid, strong, and almost euphoric. No distractions, time seems to slow to a graceful waltz.

What is the Zone? The metabolic state in which the body works at peak efficiency. In the Zone you will enjoy optimal body function: freedom from hunger, greater energy and physical performance, as well as improved mental focus and productivity.
