Crossfit raises your awareness of who you are, it is not only a phenomenal strength and conditioning program it is a way of life. Crossfit Central will be one year old this month and has grown tremendously in community. I personally can not express the growth physically, mental, and spiritually I have made do to the depth and width of Crossfit.
Crossfit Central has many plans for the future for its Austin Community and will be forging a head into the new year 2007.
