Prerequisite to join Crossfit Class

Crossfit Elements
3 sessions 45 minutes

Cost: One person $60 per session
Two people $50 each per session
Three people $ 40 each per session
*as contacted groups will be formed

Discription: Crossfit Elemetns sessions will teach movements for optimal performance to join the Crossfit Class.
Skills Taught
Squat, Shoulder Press, Deadlift,Front Squat, Push Press, Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Overhead Squat, Push Jerk, Med Ball Clean

Rowing, Muscle Up, Ring Dip, Ring Row, Single Arm Snatch, GHD Situp, GHD Hip/Back/Both extension, Barbell Clean and Snatch w/ focus on the “scoop”, kipping pull up (pull up)
