Crossfit Central had a blast in College Station this past weekend! CC attended Crossfit A&M's Spring Challenge workout Helen and Fran. Crossfit Champions, Crossfit Houston and Crossfit Plano all had great showings. Thanks to Dutch and Matt of Crossfit A&M for hosting such a great event!
