Tom feeling it with the Ring push-ups.

Painstorm 10,000
For Time:
A loaded bar must be lifted from the ground to
overhead numerous times until the total sum of
the weight lifted from ground to over the body
with fully extended arms equals 10,000 lbs.
This could be clean to press/ clean and jerk/ Snatch
If you have 100 lbs, Then the total reps is 100.
Also the bar is to travel 1 mile with you during the
workout. The travel can be split with the total reps
in any way you prefer.
