In the month of February Crossfit Central is Launching URBAN FIT! Urban Fit is focused on developing Austin Texas as the Fittest City in the Nation. Urban Fit will develop fit people of all ages and will not stop training until the initiative is finished. Crossfit Central is launching indoor programs next month and will maintain all outdoor programs as is. "No program outdoors will be eliminated" Look forward to many new opportunity's to train with Crossfit Central across the city.February dates will be posted shortly!
