There is nothing like family. I can honestly say CrossFit Central is an extention of family.
A group of like minded people joining together to become more than they ever dream of becoming. There is a certain amount of love and respect that is built into a group that swings kettle bells together, does tabata squats together, and enjoys the burn of "Fran" together. I think to myself... these are "sic" fit people. They want to become better and are willing to do whatever it takes to get there. CrossFit Central is welcoming you to the family. We are going to take Austin to a new level of fitness. We are putting our family to the test. Come see your dream level rise and you too will be "SIC".
