Father like Son?

When I was ten years old working on my dad’s farm my favorite time of the day was heading to the Nautilus at lunch for the daily workout. My dad’s dedication to hard work at his profession and the gym has molded and shaped my life more than he probably will ever know. I recently turned twenty five and very excited about the future opportunity life brings with all its challenges.
Those old days in the gym and the farm were precursors that led me to Crossfit. Crossfit is pain, suffering, and progress much like the old days. Thanks God, Dad, and Coach Glassman for teaching me how to suffer in Glory.
