ThanksGiving Boot Camp

On Thursday the 27th of November Thanksgiving day, a motivated group showed up for a 530am Boot Camp! Notice the lack of clothes? When the weather is cold less dedicated people tend not to show up. When this group showed up to the workout they were dressed head to toe in winter clothes. Half way through the warm up the paints come off half way through the workout the hoodies came off. By the end of the workout every one was sweating and ready to cool down!

West Austin Boot Camp

Julie and Chris working Dynamax Russian twist! Julie Ward has seen phenomenal results with Crossfit Boot Camp over the past year and a half. When Chris joined boot camp she had to wear two knee braces. Now she is knee brace free and just finished her first 5 mile run at the Turkey Trot!

Core strength!


Placing a rolled up a Yoga Mat or Towel underneath your lumbar curve is a great way to maintain mid-line stabilization while doing sit-ups. Doing this combined with plank holds will increase core strength very quickly and will tremendously increase your ability do improve on overhead lifts as well as Olympic lifts.

7 - 95lb Overhead squats
7 - Pull-ups
7 - Ring Dips
